We meet, ideally face to face, or over the phone to discuss what you want to achieve and the results you are looking for. We’ll then advise the best stand solution for the space, that will look great but be practical. And then work closely with you to ensure the project is delivered on time and budget.

The Process

We meet, ideally face-to-face, or, if that is not possible, through carefully thought-through telephone calls and email conversations.We listen to your needs, what you want to achieve through the exhibition and the kind of results you are looking for.

We learn about your company, what you offer, what you represent and what your clients want to experience when they visit your stand. This ensures that your stand carries your image, your branding and your key messages direct to your target market.

We discuss your budget. This ensures we can deliver the maximum value however much you choose to invest in your stand.

We prepare designs for you to consider. This may include plans, elevations, visuals and perhaps even 3D ‘fly throughs’ to give you the experience of the environment you’ll be working in.

Our highly-trained team of designers use the most sophisticated computer software to generate cutting-edge designs to catch the eye of your clients and to enhance your image.

If You Build It, They Will Come…

The driving force of our business and where the magic really happens. We are extremely lucky to have a huge onsite workshop where we bring your exhibition stand design to life. As we design and build everything in house, it gives complete peace of mind to our clients.

We are very hands on and doing everything onsite makes life even easier. Every project is different and an off the shelf solution doesn’t always work. We welcome our clients to come in which allows us to see the products first hand and give a complete bespoke solution. Whether that is a pre build of a demonstration pod, or a custom recess for a client owned screen, doing everything in house takes away the added worry of something not quite fitting perfectly on the day.

Our in house fleet means we can be anywhere at anytime! Whether that’s delivering client collateral to the NEC or installing a new exhibition stand in Munich. 

We understand how much our clients value going that extra mile, so if you have brochures or even products, if it fits on with the stand we are more than happy to take it with us or arrange additional vehicles to help.

Store and Restore

Part of our 19,000sqf. site is made up of storage facilities which allows us to answer that age old question.. what happens to my stand after the event…

The simple answer? We can keep it for you, ready to be reinstalled at your next show and allowing you that all important continuity between events. What could be better than that? Well there’s more…. 

As we are able to store all the elements of our work, it means we can offer more cost effective stand builds by utilising our stock inventory. For example, rather than pay for a brand new reception counter, we can offer something out of our stock for a fraction of the price. This has helped us give our clients more than what they were expecting and maximizing their budgets.
