With a proud 100-year legacy, Thomas Dudley is a UK-based, family-run business known for its innovative and customer-focused plumbing products. For Installer Live 2025 at the NEC, they set their sights high: to create a standout exhibition presence that would launch new water-saving products, boost brand visibility, and drive significant lead generation.
That’s where Park Display came in.



The Challenge
Lisa Adams, part of the marketing team at Thomas Dudley, had a clear vision:
“We wanted a space that mixed product display with interaction, somewhere people could relax, be entertained, and engage with the brand. But we also had a tight budget to stick to.”
Their ideal stand was a double-deck design with distinct zones for products, entertainment, and podcasts. Unfortunately, early concepts from their existing supplier fell short, both creatively and in communication.
“We’d been exploring concepts with our previous supplier earlier that day, but hadn’t yet found the right fit. That afternoon, Tracey from Park Display reached out unexpectedly. I shared the same brief—and they absolutely nailed it.”
The Solution
Park Display took the brief and delivered a creative, on-brand, and budget-conscious design. Although the original double-deck idea was trimmed to a single level, Park Display’s thoughtful layout, complete with LED lighting, greenery, and clearly defined zones, made the most of every square metre.
The stand featured:
- A product showcase area, featuring LED highlights that draw attention to the innovations.
- A podcast and entertainment lounge, encouraging visitors to spend more time engaging.
- A cohesive design aesthetic, tying all elements together visually and functionally.
“We sent the brief, and Park Display came back with a concept that really worked. When we presented it to management, it was spot on. They adjusted quickly to feedback and kept us in the loop the whole way.”
The Experience
Communication was a standout strength. Weekly Zoom calls, proactive updates from project lead Nick, and total transparency made the collaboration feel seamless.

The Results
The goal was 350 leads, a significant increase from the 280 scanned the previous year.
The result? They doubled that goal.
“We had some amazing conversations at the stand. I’m sure a few competitors were quietly annoyed, our stand looked that good!”
