For their most recent exhibition, the company turned to Park Display to create a standout exhibition stand that could help them attract new business and offer a comfortable, engaging space for conversations.
The Challenge
As Karen from Fortus’ marketing and events team explained:
“We wanted to get some new business, catch some new leads, and we needed a stand that allowed us to do that – a place where we could meet, chat, and feel comfortable. It had to be eye-catching but also inviting.”
Having worked with Park Display the previous year, Fortus trusted their expertise to deliver another high-impact presence, this time, with a more open, relaxed design.
The Solution
Fortus collaborated with Park Display from the earliest stages of planning. Karen shared:
“We told Park Display what we wanted, somewhere to meet and chat. They designed a stand, we tweaked it until we were happy with it, and they built it.”
The final design featured:
- Wood panelling for a relaxed, natural aesthetic
- Open-plan layout to encourage conversation
- Comfortable seating areas
- On-stand barista to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Greenery and trees for a modern, inviting vibe
- Storage space integrated seamlessly into the design
Unlike the previous year, where a closed meeting room was used, this year’s setup embraced a fully open layout, prioritising flow, visibility, and casual engagement.

The setup process was smooth and stress-free.
“The setup was very quick and efficient. The Park Display guys were really helpful and there were no problems at all.”
Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the stand’s look and feel. Most importantly, the event delivered real business results:
