With a history dating back to 1977, Stauff UK Ltd has long been a trusted name within the UK’s fluid power industries. As part of a global organisation with sales, distribution, and service facilities across 18 countries, the Sheffield-based company supports a wide range of sectors, from mobile and industrial hydraulic machinery to commercial vehicles, rail, marine, defence, agriculture, offshore energy, renewables, food processing, and chemical industries.
For the Sheffield-based team, Offshore Europe in Aberdeen is a key date in the calendar. The biannual event brings together leaders from across the offshore and energy sectors, making it an ideal platform for raising general awareness and supporting lead generation. That was the clear focus for this exhibition.



Turning Ideas Into a Working Stand
Stauff UK came to Park Display with a strong identity already in place and plenty of ideas they wanted to bring to life. Alongside this, there were some clear practical challenges: budget considerations, the need to create different zones within the stand for both open conversations and private meetings, and the inclusion of a vehicle from one of the company’s sponsorship agreements.
Through collaborative design discussions, those ideas were refined and strengthened. As Iain Stansbie of Stauff UK explained,
“We have a strong identity in place and also many ideas that we wanted to apply. However, discussing these and receiving additional suggestions was a great assistance.”
This shared approach helped shape a stand that was both on-brand and highly functional.



A Space Designed to Work
One of the most successful elements of the final stand was the dedicated meeting area. Designed to feel distinct yet connected to the wider space, it provided visitors with a comfortable place for more in-depth discussions.
This proved to be a real highlight during the event.
“The meeting area was very well used and I believe this in the main was due to its design and individuality,” Iain reflected.
Across the rest of the stand, Stauff UK clearly communicated its expertise in hydraulic components, hose assemblies, and tube manipulation, while also demonstrating how its product and service knowledge extends to many other specialist industries.



A Stand That Delivered
Throughout Offshore Europe, the stand performed well beyond its initial goals of brand awareness and lead generation. Visitor feedback was consistently positive, with praise for both the design and usability of the space.
That reaction went beyond the show floor, with Stauff UK featured in an article that listed them among the best-looking stands at the event, a strong endorsement of the impact the stand made.



A Partnership That Continues
The success of Offshore Europe marked another milestone in Stauff UK’s relationship with Park Display, with plans already in place for their first exhibition of 2026.
The project demonstrated how a clear brand identity, practical design thinking, and collaborative working can combine to create a stand that not only looks the part but also genuinely facilitates meaningful business conversations.
